Are calls recorded? Is that legal in Florida?

Florida requires the consent of everyone on the line to record a call. That's why Luna says at the start of every call that it may be recorded. If you'd rather not record, we keep only a written summary.

What if a customer wants to talk to a person?

Luna transfers the call or takes a message and sends you a summary right away. You decide when she should transfer and when she should take a message.

What if someone asks something she doesn't know?

She doesn't make things up. She says she'll confirm, takes the customer's details and lets you know so you can answer. Then we add it to what she knows.

Do I keep my number or get a new one?
