MIAFLOW AILAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 10, 2026
Terms of Service
MIAflow AI is a service of Nextcore AI Inc. (“Nextcore”), doing business as MIAflow AI. These terms govern the use of MIAflow AI by businesses that subscribe to the service (“Client”). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MIAflow sets up and operates a virtual agent that answers calls and messages on the Client's behalf using information the Client provides. The agent can make mistakes; the Client is responsible for reviewing its business information and telling us about any corrections.
2. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance. The setup fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once work has started. You may cancel anytime and service remains active through the end of the paid period.
Usage beyond what is reasonable for the plan, and custom integrations, are quoted separately and only billed with your approval.
3. Client obligations
The Client must have the right to use the connected phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts, comply with applicable laws (including call-recording laws, the TCPA and WhatsApp Business policies), and not use the service for unsolicited or unlawful messaging.
4. Recording notice
By default, the agent announces at the start of every call that it is a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded. The Client must not disable this notice while recording is enabled.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available 24/7, but it depends on third-party providers (telephony, WhatsApp, AI models) and may experience interruptions. We do not guarantee specific sales or booking results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MIAflow's total liability is limited to the amount the Client paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
